Experience the best of coastal living at Sea Winds 505. When arriving at the resort you will have plenty of parking in our parking lot. Take the to the 5th floor, arriving at our condo you will instantly be blown away with the views from our condo, the ocean just seems to come right into the living room.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with your own TV and coastal-inspired decor. All of our rooms offer cozy bedding, fresh linens and towels, all made fresh prior to your arrival. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well. A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, trash bags, will all be waiting for you. After initial use, you will be required to replenish.

To ensure your first night with us is comfortable, we've provided a starter kit of essential supplies. This is just a little something to help
you settle in. Please note, this kit is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require.
TV/STREAMING
The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. We do not provide cable TV – streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience!
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
