This condo features a spacious living room that flows right out onto screened in patio. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with pots and pans for you to prepare your favorite meals at the beach.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with TVs and coastal-inspired decor. All beds will be freshly prepared before your arrival, and towels along with washcloths will be provided for your convenience. Our condo is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
