Vacation rentals are private houses, villas, cottages and condos advertised and rented for short term occupancy. It’s important to keep in mind that the vacation rentals advertised on this website are are all privately owned and professionally managed by VEREEN VACATION RENTALS. This means, the decor may vary depending on each owners style. If you’re not sure what you are looking for, or have specific taste and needs, let us help you find the perfect rental for your vacation!

• If you’re planning a vacation with a large group, or a family, and need extra room.
• If you prefer more privacy and don’t require daily housekeeping or room service. Please note daily housekeeping is available on request for an additional fee.
• If you want a home away from home experience, with a full kitchen, living room, laundry etc.
• If you want to save money by booking a larger property to split between families or friends.

Since vacation rentals are not like a hotel, you may need to pack (or pick up) a few extra things apart from your swimsuit!

• Toilet paper, we will supply a fresh roll in every bathroom, however it will not be replenished throughout the week.
• Tin foil, plastic wrap, and garbage bags. If you’re planning to cook, you’ll need a few basic items.
• Oils and spices. Some homes may have these basic cooking ingredients, but they might not. (Unless the items are unopened, they may violate safety regulations and standards.)
• Laundry liquid and dish detergent. If you are planning on doing any laundry or using the kitchen be sure to grab the right soap! We will supply one pack of dishwasher detergent.

Yes! When you arrive at your vacation rental, all of the beds will be made up with fresh and clean bedding/sheets. We do not provide beach towels so keep that in mind when packing!

While all of our properties traditionally have full washer and dryers for you to use during your stay. if you need extra linens, shoot us a message and we will get some extras delivered out to you when possible.

Parties are not allowed, unless certain situations are disclosed prior to booking (family reunions or weddings). Also, do not bring in pets where they are not allowed. Do not ignore parking restrictions, do not bring extra guests, do not smoke inside if it is prohibited, and do not disrupt the neighborhood. We ask all of our guests to be respectful and courtesy to help protect the family friendly charm of North Myrtle Beach.

You will receive arrival instructions prior to your arrival. These instructions will be specific to the property you rented and include if keys are needed and where to pick them up. Most of our locks are electronic, so you will be able to go straight to the condo/house without having to wait in a long line!

Please check with us before your arrival date if you would like to arrive early. During the off season we can usually provide early check in, however in the summer we usually require the full amount of time between rentals to clean and make sure the rental is ready your your arrival.

While we want all things to go uneventful as possible, things are bound to happen. Just give us a call 843-508-9580 and we will get our maintenance teams out to address any issue that may arise.

Vereen Vacation Rentals will try to re-rent the property, at which point if the property is rented for the same amount, a refund less a fee of $100 will be issued. In the event the property is not re-rented, no refunds will be issued. Words of wisdom.. Buy the travel insurance!! It saves the headache and the worry!
